About The Chef
I am what one would call a true Durbanite, we are very friendly, vibrant and accommodating people.
I like to think of myself as a type of chef that is simple yet soulful, I get my inspiration from Southern, Asian, Turkish and Caribbean influence as my food is all home fine dining where you taste the heartfelt meal in every bite.
I am a very energetic, disciplined and inspired chef, I have worked in several prestigious establishments such as Jozini Tiger Lodge, Durban Country club, and Quarters Hotel these are just a few.
