1st course

2nd course

Dolmades, beetroot hummus, lemon pearls


3rd course

Naartjie gastric, duck breast, truffle crushed potatoes.


4th course

Kudu carpaccio, mustard aoli, lime oil, parmesan crisp, baby shoots.


5th course

Crispy pork belly, pickled red cabbage, blueberry compote.


6th course

Thyme marinated chicken breast, potato dauphinoise, crispy prosciutto, truffle cream.


7th course

Sirloin, smoked marrow bone, hollandaise brulee.


8th course

Beetroot cheese cake, cucumber ribbons, roasted nut crumb, hollandaise.


9th course

Labne, plum coulis, coffee crumble, sweet parmesan foam, Turkish delight.


10th course

Deconstruction tiramisu.

Service Description

Your chefs brings all ingredients, prepare the meal in your kitchen, serve each dish, and clean your kitchen before leaving. All you have to do is to relax and enjoy a culinary experience.
